Membership plan

No dental insurance? You still have a simple option at Lynchburg Dentist: Virginia Dental Club. $279 a year for an individual, $259 a year for each additional member in the same household. No enrollment fee. Renews annually. Your membership includes two cleanings, two routine exams, one problem-focused emergency exam, and your X-rays at no charge each membership year. Most other services are 20% off our standard fee.

How the Virginia Dental Club works

Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan administered by Membersy LLC, not insurance. There is nothing to file, no waiting period, and no annual maximum. Most other services are 20% off our standard fee, including fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures, implants and periodontal treatment. Orthodontics including Invisalign, whitening and other elective cosmetic work are not part of the membership discount. Fluoride and sealants are discounted at 20%, not included. Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance or with any other office promotion or discounted service.

Financing for larger treatment

If you need bigger work, we offer 0 percent in-house payment plans and partner with Sunbit and CareCredit for longer-term financing, so cost never has to be the reason you put off care.

Plan members pay periodic membership fees in exchange for access to discounts on certain identified health care services rendered by participating providers in accordance with the plan fee schedule. Plan members are obligated to pay providers directly for services rendered. Plan details, retail fees and member savings may vary by plan, provider and/or office location, please see specific plan terms and conditions for details. Discount membership plans are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act, and do not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L.c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00.
