From Memphis to the Hill City
Dr. Kim earned his bachelor's in Biology summa cum laude from Utah Valley University before going on to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with advanced coursework in periodontics and prosthodontics. He completed his General Practice Residency at Providence Sacred Heart Children's Hospital, treating medically complex patients across hospital dentistry, emergency care, sedation, and implantology. He's a firm believer in lifelong learning — each year he takes advanced courses to keep his skills sharp so he can deliver gentle, expert care to every Lynchburg family who walks through the door. Outside of the office, you'll find him on the basketball court or out with friends and family in the Hill City.
