Smile makeover · multi-treatment plan

A complete plan, designed with you, previewed before anything is permanent

Combining whitening, veneers, bonding, and alignment into a coordinated transformation — built around your face, your goals, and your life.

What a makeover can address

  • Color — yellowing, stains, uneven shade.
  • Shape — worn edges, chipped corners, undersized or misshapen teeth.
  • Alignment — crowding, rotation, or gaps that bother you.
  • Proportion — teeth that look too small or too big relative to your smile width.
  • Gum line — gummy smile, asymmetry, recession.
  • Missing or broken-down teeth — bringing the smile back to full function and full proportion.

The four-step process

  1. Consultation. We talk through what bothers you, what you’d change if you could, and what looks natural for your face. Bring reference photos.
  2. Planning + mock-up. We take photos and impressions, design the new smile digitally, and create a temporary version (called a wax-up or trial smile) in your mouth so you can see the result before anything is permanent.
  3. Treatment in phases. Whitening first, then alignment if needed, then bonding/veneers, then any restorative work. Each step is staged so you always look presentable.
  4. Final result + maintenance. Once the makeover is complete, we set you up with retainers, touch-up whitening, and a six-month check-in so the work holds its color and shape.

Common combinations

For a quick refresh: whitening + cosmetic bonding on a few teeth, finished in a couple of visits. For a more dramatic transformation: Invisalign first to align, then whitening, then 6–8 porcelain veneers across the front of your smile. For patients with missing teeth or older crowns: implants or new crowns built into the makeover so everything matches at the finish.

Common questions

Frequently asked

What is a smile makeover?
A smile makeover is a custom treatment plan that combines two or more cosmetic procedures to address everything you want to change about your smile — color, shape, alignment, gaps, and proportions. It’s a roadmap, not a single procedure.
How is it different from getting one veneer or whitening?
A makeover treats the smile as a whole. We plan around how all your teeth look together — proportion, symmetry, color harmony — rather than fixing one thing at a time and hoping it matches the rest.
Can I see what my new smile will look like first?
Yes. Before any tooth is permanently touched, we create a mock-up in your mouth (a wax-up or trial smile) so you can see the proposed shape, length, and proportion. You approve it before we commit to anything.
How long does it take?
Most makeovers take 2–4 months from consultation to finished smile, depending on what’s involved. Whitening + bonding is faster; veneers and alignment work takes longer. We map out the timeline at your planning visit.
What does it cost?
It varies widely based on which procedures are involved. A whitening + bonding refresh might run $1,500–$3,000. A full set of veneers can run $15,000–$30,000. We give you a written estimate after the consultation and offer financing through CareCredit and Sunbit.
Are makeovers permanent?
Some elements are reversible (whitening, retainers), others are permanent (veneers, crowns). The makeover process is designed so you understand exactly what’s permanent before agreeing to it.
